I've finished Flora London Marathon!

Pain is temporary, pride is forever.

I've ran for 4 hours 13 minutes and 29 seconds with just one stop for toilet. My overall position was 13751 of total 35247 runners that have finished. See my London Marathon result on official website.

Hard training and previous races didn't prepare me for this experience. My longest run to date was a half marathon. And I was fine for first 15 miles. But on Canary Wharf my knees has started aching and after 20th mile my tights and hip-joints were all hurting. After that it was all about mind over body. Body wanted to stop but I have a will and determination to pursue forward.

I was 8th amongst all runners from Poland. I was faster than many UK celebrities for example Ronan Keating (4:15:33) but overtaken by chief Gordon Ramsay (4:05:02).
